1. Who we are and how to reach us
invigil.co is operated by Invigil Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at hello@invigil.co.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update the terms from time to time; the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
3. What this website is
This site describes our products and lets you request a demonstration. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a contractual commitment, or professional advice - and specifications, features and pricing described here may change as the product develops.
The interactive demonstration on our home page is a simulation running on sample data. It is illustrative only, is not connected to any live system, and does not necessarily reflect the current behaviour of the product.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or for any harmful purpose.
- Submit false or misleading information through the enquiry form, or use it to send unsolicited marketing, spam or abusive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with the site’s availability - including by denial-of-service attack.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to submit the form.
- Probe or test the security of the site without our prior written permission. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to security@invigil.co rather than exploiting it.
We may withdraw or restrict access to anyone who breaches this section. Certain conduct described above is also a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report it where appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site - text, design, code, graphics, the Invigil name and logo - belongs to Invigil Ltd or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own internal evaluation of our products. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because this website is provided free of charge for information:
- The site is provided “as is”. We exclude all warranties, conditions and terms implied by statute or common law to the fullest extent permitted.
- We are not liable for any business loss - including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or business interruption - arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
If you are a consumer rather than a business user, these exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
9. Your enquiry data
Information you send through the enquiry form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Please do not use the form to send confidential information, personal data about third parties, or any candidate or examination data.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
11. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. A delay in enforcing them is not a waiver. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce them.
